Refund Policy

Thirty-day return offer

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. The item should be unused, complete and in its original condition and packaging, with the order number or another purchase record.

Start the request by emailing [email protected]. We cover eligible return shipping and provide the designated return instructions; the contact address below is not automatically the return warehouse.

Refund timing

After the return arrives and is reviewed, an approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.

This posted policy does not reduce a right or remedy that applicable law requires. A refund required because an order cannot be shipped will follow any shorter mandatory deadline.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect goods

Email [email protected] with the order details and available photographs. We will assess the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy without limiting rights provided by applicable law.

Items requiring individual review

Return eligibility can depend on the actual product and its condition. We do not add blanket exclusions for food, personal-care, hygiene, custom, digital or final-sale goods unless the listing and applicable law support the restriction.
