United States delivery

We deliver to supported addresses in the United States. Standard Shipping is free. International delivery is not offered.

Processing and transit estimates

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit after dispatch is estimated at approximately 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. We maintain a reasonable basis for any shipping estimate shown with an order.

Tracking, changes and delays

When a carrier provides tracking, it is sent after dispatch. Ask [email protected] promptly about an address correction or cancellation; a change may no longer be possible after processing or dispatch. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will offer the choice required by applicable law to accept a delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Missing, damaged or misdelivered parcels

Send the order and tracking details to [email protected]. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy. Domestic orders do not incur import duties from this store.
